Appointments: All appointments are conducted at our Design Center showroom:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior for your appointment and bring any items (pillows, fabrics, photos, etc.) that will assist you in making interior design selections regarding color and style.
As a courtesy to you & other clients, please arrange for outside child care. We want to provide you with our undivided attention & help you concentrate on your Design Center appointment.
Additional Design Services: Design Appointment hours are offered at a set number of design hours free of charge for your convenience. If needed, additional appointment services are available at the rate of $90.00 per hour as long as all selections are completed within our fourteen (14) day commitment time frame.
When you purchase a new Legend Home, you will be working with a Designer at our central Design Center, depending on the community where you have purchased.
If you are building a new Legend Home from the ground up, you will receive one two-hour appointment with a Designer at our design center. This Designer will guide you in making all the selections necessary for your new home. If you elect to upgrade any features, the Designer will price those for you and a 50% deposit is required on those items. This appointment must be completed within 14 days for signing your contract. There are select communities where you will be able to make these selections in the convenience of our community sales office.
If you are purchasing a home already under construction, your Sales Counselor will make you aware of what items you may still be able to select. One two-hour appointment is provided if there are still open items and that must be completed within 7 days of signing your contract. A 100% deposit is required on any upgrades for homes already under construction.
